Product Fragility Concrete is a brittle material, and our products are susceptible to damage if not handled with care. We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. If there are any visible breakages in packs, please contact us prior to unpacking. Per national standards, 5-10% breakages are deemed acceptable and are typically used for cutting purposes. Additionally, please note that minor hairline cracks are permissible in concrete products.
Scuff Marks Scuff marks may appear on pavers shortly after installation, which is common for concrete products.
On-Site Handling Dumping concrete products into front-end loaders or wheelbarrows can damage your pavers. We advise using specialized paving carts on-site to transport products safely.
